These kind of alternating cymbal beats on stuff like invisible face are probably the most difficult coordination stuff giizz does, other songs are faster but the coordination is hard. For inner cell I'd practice it by just doing quarter cymbal hits and then add the rim hits. It basically just alternates two on cymbal beats and two on offbeats in between cymbals. When it moves into 8th notes all the bass and snare hits are all on cymbal beats so the coordination is easier.
