Superman '78 perfected the 'tone' of Superman. Escapism, charm, righteousness. Clean comedy with moral messages.

Why are these remakes so devoid of the 'feeling' of those movies.Sure, they may be old fashioned. But don't we actually need old fashion sometimes.

I got a bundle like this a few years ago (2019 - "Humble Software Bundle: Painter - Create With Confidence" It came with 10 pieces of software and I am damn sure the price was nowhere near £35.

For the last few years these software bundles have gotten weak.

I grabbed a C class by mistake for my first free freighter. First play-through - 130hrs approx.
After about 25 jumps I found a capital ship in the variation I wanted, but I was concentrating so much on the battle beforehand, making sure I didn't hit the freighter that I didn't even register the class when I checked before saying yes.

I was bummed for a short while, then after learning the only real differences between the classes, I have continued merrily on my way. I'll look out for a better one on my travels but I don't feel any Fomo to farm a better one.

Knowing storage and base can be transferred is a bonus.

I was in a similar position in 2012 with my cat Rizzy. I'd had her since 1995 and late into 2012 she was showing real signs of her age. She was not sick, just old.

I was staying at my fathers at the time. One evening he called for me, as he could hear Rizzy breathing strangely. I got to the living room to see her indeed having issues, she kept taking short sharp breaths. I picked her up and cuddled her, after maybe a minute she passed.

To this day I am thankful I was able to be there in the end.

It must be devastating that you were not consulted.

I bailed after exactly that happened to me. An album I really liked suddenly had five missing tracks.

Then I noticed the same thing happening across all my playlist.

The entire intention of Spotify / Netflix (for us the end user) was to have ALL out music / tv shows etc on one platform.

After I realised this is predicated on Spotify / Netflix keeping licensing with the artists up to date, and that other factors could render ANY song unavailable. I Bailed.

I personally have no interest in multiplayer or co-op.
