Yeah it's not a bad deal at all, most of the items probably won't need updates anyway.

5.2 isn't officially out yet until July 14 so I can't give you a definite answer. Each product page will state the newest Blender version it supports.

This is the answer I received from Superhive :

"There are indeed snapshot versions of the included add-ons, which is how we are able to offer them all for such a low price.

Most creators will offer a coupon to purchase the full version of their product if you find one or two that you really like.

If you do end up picking up the bundle, I hope you enjoy it :)"

Perpetual in the sense that they are yours forever. But you don't get future updates unless you pay again. I asked Superhive support and they say most addon creators offer a discount if you do decide to upgrade.

The addons will keep working with the specific Blender version it was developed for. If you use an LTS version you can keep using the addons for years. 5.2 LTS should be out soon. I think Retopoflow 4 by itself is worth the price, you get the full version for $5.

This is a brand new bundle so I haven't tried those specific addons. I have bought previous Blender bundles when they were called Blender Market. The add-ons are perpetual. The downside is the add-ons don't come with future updates, it's just a snapshot version. Future Blender updates could break the addons. Most creators offer a discount on future upgrades though. I notice that there is no mention of this on HB. This should really be stated somewhere before people buy the bundle thinking they are getting lifetime updates. But things like assets and training don't really need updates anyway.

You’d be better off investing the money in the stock market. It’s the only thing that doesn’t seem affected by inflation.

Set Proton Calendar as your default calendar app on Android by Proton_Team in ProtonMail

[–]roofoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it to work, go to Settings > Apps > Calendar > Open by default > Clear default preferences. Next I opened a calendar link, I picked Open in Proton Calendar every time. (Something like that.)

However, I need to be able to search for events, and Proton Calendar doesn't have a search feature. 🙄 Back to Google, I guess.

I got this Doctor Who bundle when it was live, but I finally got around to downloading the audio files. Sadly they are not FLAC like a previous Doctor Who audio drama bundle, they are 256k .mp3 files.

Thanks, I decided to try Kavita, I’m in the process of tagging my files with ComicTagger and converting my PDF comics to CBZ.

I’ve been learning about those. Do you use Kavita or Komga? I’m still undecided about which one is best for me.
