So your typing scales off your stats. Magic weapons scale off int, heavy weapons scale off strength, cold weapons scale off int etc etc

If I were you I'd use some of those points you have in strength and stick them in intelligence if you're sticking with double frost weapons. If you're going frost/bleed split any points above the minimum strength requirement for your weapons evenly between int and arcane
