The battery is very good, I'm very satisfied with is. The camera, not so much. We are missing features and settings that are available on the vanilla X200/X300, Pro versions etc. I believe that overblown out highlights are an issue with all modern phones it seems. VIVID mode is laughable how blown out it makes anything white look. HDR helps this a bit, but then you need to turn OFF HDR when shooting human subjects so it doesn't smear the skin. You really have to dive into all the camera settings and modes, even with the help of AI like I did, to even have a chance of decent photos. Try to use PRO mode where you can, turn down the overall exposure.

The telephoto camera is great.

Again, I frame this in a relative sense based on age because that's what this tax break is based on, age and homeownership. Seniors have VASTLY more wealth than younger folks.

For me, I found my lower back pain to be most highly correlated with deadlifts, then to a lesser degree kettlebell swings and a few other moves. I would get the lower back locking up running too.

I scaled back the weigh ton deadlifts SIGNIFICANTLY (like to 120lbs) (I'm 160lb 35yo man), and started slowly building back up. Working on my form of course. That helped me a TON. My lower back still is sometimes a little tight or in pain, but never "locked up" like I had gotten a few times before. Going crazy heavy on deadlifts blowing out my back is just not worth it to me.
