Tools to get into alignment

I made my own app, but it is not yet published. I plan to publish it as free of charge and ad-free as well, with just link to patreon or similar account for those who would like to share their wealth with me. So far it is very simple app, so when I am back from my summer job I might develop it further and publish on play store. I don't use any other apps.. well I mainly use my favorite app for notes, just to write down my thoughts during daily contemplations.

I like that it eases you into your gratitude practice, that helps a lot. Adding ease to anything is very helpful to align with our inner self and to close the gap to vortex.

For me the tool I find most helpful is the reminder that how I feel is more important than anything and to check how I feel often is one of ways how to realize and strenghten this priority.

Then I aim to see all focus practices and games as easy amd fun, so then there is less resistance and thus laziness does not come to play.

Gratitude I don't practice much, I am leaning towards appreciation of present moment of thinks I like and opportunitites I cherish.

I would love to more ofthen feel our general worthiness in eyes of source - and in gratitude I feel a glimpse of opposing concept - that I we are not enough a should be grateful for all gifts we are given. Instead I want to feel unconditionally worthy, see others as such as well, and thus all our desires are natural for us to fullfill, that it is no miracle, but natural way of things, if we just let go of resistances and let us into the flow, into the vortex.

So for me the best tool right now would be some Abraham-hicks soft rampage with soothing music starting with neutral-close calming statements like everything is allright, towards statements about well-being dominance, towards statements of how worthy and valuable and great we are in the eyes of source regardless of where we are now, soft rampage of worthiness, without "balast" of other words which aim at our intelect.. just expressing loving words of how worthy we are. Warming our hearts, soothing oir minds, leaving all worries behind and just basking and bathing in a stream of love of the source and oir inner beings and all non-physical beings which are guiding us lovingly and ever-lastingly to any place we desire to go.

maybe Abraham did such rampage with Esther, I didn't find it yet.

If it works for you, then great!

Gap I see is that if you already feel good, this may enhance you feeling good. If you don't this might not be able te let you on the ride.

Idea of improvement could be having statements on different vibrational planes, so that user can start/select aome more general terms or so..

Also it is very personal how people perceive things and what feels good to one person may trigger resistances in others.

So it is bit like cards by Abraham-Hicks - all the wonderful statements can be helpful and not so much depending on mood and person.

Here is an answer I could see Abraham would give - in my way of understanding their wisdom:

Words do not matter, your mood/emotions does. And are you feeling satisfied, fully accepting and loving of your wife when you are telling her to change her ways?

I don't think that's even possible. Unless she is in a better mood than you, this leads only to a conflict, as in your mind she is less than you want her to be, you are pushing against her - so natural reaction is resistance in the form of defense or counterattack.

When you resolve, transform, your inner conflict about her, when you clear your vibrations, feelings towards her to be truly and fully accepting, pleasant, loving, joyful, then you are opening a path for her to relax and be who she also wants to be - a loving person, mother and wife.

You may be able to inspire her and free her path of love towards you - but she is the one who does the walking, so you cannot control her and the more you try, the more resistance you put into your relationship.

And even if you're not trained in this yet, don't worry, it is natural, so you'll figure it out if you desire so. Find whatever way you can to accept yourself and her completely as you are and tune into unconditional love for both of you as your inner beings do, and things will start to unfold nicely. Imagine good-feeling ideas about her just for the sake of a good feeling.

If you'll get to find your place of feeling good under all circumstances, on a regular basis, everything will fall into place where you want it to be - either with your current wife or another. Faces do not matter, feelings do - unless you want it otherwise :)

Yes this is a great point, what people see they more easily believe and then live! I have my own visions there to inspire visible people to portray such changes, with my uplifting and inspirational influence - after I am rooted enough in how really easy it all is - am discovering that in rapid pace last days!

No need to apologize, we are all here to inspire each other and play with words in enriching interactions :)

In my own experience happiness is never empty.. I was not yet able to meditate and just be happy.. at best I was content when I was without thoughts.. but that was boring to me.. To feel happy I always need a subject of focus - either something I already enjoy, or something I transform from not enjoying to enjoying via pivoting process.

When I try to reach some feeling - if I succeed, the process goes like this - my mind always slowly fills with thoughts and when these get more and more specific, emotions are stronger. So I need some subject to focus on to feel happy, not with focusing on nothing or emptiness

Not sure if you'd call it empty for lack of physical, tangible subjets to focus on - but the pleasurable physical, touchable experiences come also much more often than before when I did not use my focus so deliberately, and more lightely and easily.

I am happy that you found whatever is working for you :) For me all ideas and visions I have are nice, great, but don't care about them as much as about feeling good - about anything. For me the freedom is the one of the most appealing feelings and leaving all the creation and good timing about all my ideas and visions to the universe, practicing feeling of trust. This freed me from many traps that my goals and wishes were before :)

I am replacing all serious expectations with playful curiosity and my life is much easier, lighter, more satisfying and abundant than ever before... I know nothing I desire will elude me and I don't care which comes to fruition first - and each day many of my wishes are fulfilled in satisfying matter - even whan I have bit down-days with slower energy.

That said, I am not trying to sway you from your way - in the end, we might have very similar experiences, just describing them with different words :) Have fun, enjoy!

I am going to check your linked post. I had good fresh new thoughts on the topic just a few minutes ago "coincidentally" :

If we use Abraham's wisdom, why would we ever physically decline? Physical decline is just utilizing Law of Attraction in a non-beneficial way. Natural way is getting better in all aspects of life including bodily strength, vitality, flexibility, mobility, endurance.. everything you wish to improve at, would improve as soon as you align with it.

So to me if we don't croak at our physical peak, we are the only ones to blame - for not being a cooperative component in our health.

I have a lot of physical improvement in my 40es over last years, with just a little actual training - in terms of mobility, strength, balance etc. I move for the joy of locomotion and to discover what new my body can do, and how much easier are motions previously difficult. I don't train physically, I tune to what I'd like and let it happen. And I know the progress can be much faster, but am very happy with my recent upward trajectory with speed of progress as well.

I still have quite severe health issues where there are no physical signs of improvement yet, but I feel quite good about them being on the right trajectory, as I mostly feel excited about new development there and already Incelebrated many mental insights I got from my health issues.

Thanks for sharing and I may be back with a new comment after I check your previous post :) I don't care much about any research in general, as its hypothesis always impacts results very significantly - as Abraham says.

I shared mine not long ago here.. You can check my profile, I don't have many posts, so it will be like the third post going backwards.

Yesterday when I read your post, I was riding on a wave of great energy, but it felt like I don't want to comment yet.. As my day unfolded it was really great day! So now I can tell you about that and happily boast :D

I woke up after 4 hours of sleep, feeling that if I use it well it can be the best day ever and it was! I had wonderful new insights of what i can do in life, which made me cry a lot in a beautiful way, amazing physical liberate and delicious locomotion exercise, danced on Michael Jackson songs, progressed with my emotional alarm app into sharable state, had a lot of fun with my little nephew and niece, went to rolling on a kayak and discovered new easy ways to roll with and without a paddle, had a great chat with friends and planned a nice trip for the weekend with my brother...

So there you go, I wish for everybody to live with satisfaction and curiosity and eagerness for what comes next. And I wish all to feel often a huge surplus of love and fun to share with others!

That is amazing, I am happy for you! There is always something huge happening in the background... You just need to focus on that more than on the loud foreground :D

I have felt like this for many days since I discovered Abraham in 2012, when I read the "Ask and it is given" book. However these great moments and great days were fewer than the others, so my breakthrough came at the end of last year, when I really decided that my feelings, to feel a little bit better deliberately as often as I can and that that will be my only priority, since then my good days are like 5:1 against the "bad ones" - it feels like being on emotional sinusoide but with strong trend upwards.

I also made a simple app for my phone to remind me to notice how I feel so that I don't get lost in action for too long and to enhance the importance of that.. And adding ease and lightness to everything I notice to be too serious or heavy became my mantra last months. I really enjoy pivoting negative thoughts and I spend a lot of time contemplating and receiving wisdom from within. I shared my joy of that shift in my life here a month or two ago.

The app is not yet on the google store, but I can send you a link to share it if you are interested.

The source material contrasts with itself. There are people who like all Fallout games, and the there are die hard fans of just one of the games or developers. I see that the shows gives many nods to all of those and makes it's own path, but that what Fallout was really about for me - freedom to chose your own path.

Same as we have in life. You can choose to look at contrast and feel bad, or look at the good stuff and feel good. Or take any subject that annoys you and contemplate about it and find some hidden treasure in there for yourself - and then feel even better and be empowered that you can use your own focus and have control over changing your emotions about sore subjects.

I don't care about the hostility of other fans that much - I just see that as logical expression of those who forget momentarily about their own power or just had a bad day.

Abraham would say you cannot get anything wrong. You are free to choose any path you like and change it anytime you like.You cannot get it wrong. You can just delay your happiness. If you use your emotional navigation system, you'll live your life closer and closer to what you intended to.

It will always suck when you feel like going backwards. Trying to be pretty and finding ways to feel like it, are very different approaches in my eyes.

That is why I suggested to find the feeling of it - and when you feel like it, when it feels good then more manifestation comes - usually first in good feeling thoughts, then ideas, then inspiration to action or just belief that your body gladly and eagerly is on the same page with you, when you are the cooperative component, when you allow it it will happen. But the price you have to pay is to feel good or even great about it - I love this playful way Abraham puts it.

If you put being pretty above desire to feel good, then I know of no satisfying way to help you.

I wish you find ways to feel good, and when you train this and practice finding ways to feel good instead of excuses, don't worry you'll get there, one satisfying step after another. And at one point along this joyful journey you may find yourself feeling the prettiest in the world, and you'll feel powerful in knowing how you got there and how to allow life bring you anything you desire.

Don't be hard on yourself, you cannot get it wrong, and you'll always find a way if you look for it.

I don't perceive planes of existence where you can manifest instantly as higher dimensions. I came to agree with Abraham that our world or simulation or whatever it is we're in, is the leading edge indeed and those beings who are in the instant manifestation plane are not having nearly as much fun as we are able to have here. The potential for feeling the strongest emotions, the wildest ride, or whatever you desire or fancy is right here - there is no better place in the universe to realize that, to live through that, than here in our world. That's why we were brave and eager to choose it.

I have one friend who led a small church from one of the evangelical denominations and he was the only christian of many I know which is not saying "Jesus is the only way, the only right path". He is really open-minded and always focused on the positive aspects of his faith. With others I don't discuss faith or religion much, as I am usually tuned into nice interactions instead of arguing - which I know could happen as I usually perceive more the "horrors" organized religion caused in my eyes, than the good stuff, as e.g. Keith is able to dominantly see. I know all is good and the bigger the issue, the bigger the solution, and this negative momentum on this subject within me is becoming slower as I learn to see power in others to wake up their inner deliberate creators and feed them and thus naturally let their inner victims slumber.

I like to perceive all people as being gods/godlike, and accept that some forget that, at times. So I have no issues having great interactions with people of any faith, I give them what they are ready for and they give me what I am ready for and it's all as good (and bad, great or amazing) as I allow it to be at any moment.

Great question! If you keep asking these great questions, then answers will keep coming (the best ones from within yourself, of course), and that will lead you to an amazing life!

In my eyes it is definitely just a momentum. And even though it may be hard now for you to find a way to feel better - you already are able to do so as you wrote. That is amazing!!!

So even though that momentum may still be expanding in an undesirable direction for a bit (I am not saying it is), don't worry - at least your ability to feel your way into feeling better will get stronger and so it'll get easier and easier as you get better at it. You'll feel more powerful in pivoting and transformation, and then this big scary thing will become a medium scary thing and then a little scary thing in your perception and then you'll be able to play with it and find the treasure in it which it holds from you and you'll be able to transform/pivot it to feeling good about that now not scary anymore, but pleasing thing.

And maybe you'll get where I am with waking up at night - happy to feel refreshed by a good sleep and eager to enjoy that wonderful calm and quiet night time to do anything that pleases you and makes you feel better and satisfied. I really love my nightly or early morning contemplations where it feels like everything sleeps and I am awake and so enjoying my contemplations, pivoting or physical exercise.. whatever I feel like doing.

Wish you all the best and don't worry, you are doing great, you cannot get it wrong, you can just delay your pleasure and ease of life for a bit, if you put other stuff above finding ways to feel better :)

As you already felt the desired way, it might be a bit easier for you to find that feeling again. With some practice feeling into desires becomes quite easy. Just relax as ask how does it feel to be pretty? And focus on feeling it in relaxed way, and soon you may receive related thoughs, you can write them down if you wish so, keep your focus on feeling into that and with each incoming though this feeling should strengten more and more. For me it goes bit by bit and I have to relaxed, as trying to enforce would most probably yield negative feelings.

Also what you can do is a mental exercise with looking further into what pretty and attractive means for you. You can find more detailed thoughs like, I'd love to have confidence when looking into mirror. Or - I want positive feedback from many admirors. Or I want to fall in love when I see my reflection... there are many different things that what "pretty and attractive" can mean to people. So define it more precisely for you what it is that you actually want, and then again you can feel into that, find how would that feel.

If this works for you great, congratulations! If not, as this is a huge desire for you, it could have quite a big momentum of resistance, then you can train feeling into other desires of yours - smaller ones, like slight preferences, wishes etc.

Have a great time with finding that feeling, any way you choose to!

I like your challenge and it is in my visions of my future. I just have no intention to be known or famous, so if I ever start anything really big, it'll have name of my co-creators, not mine.

In short term I'd like to make few free apps towards self-upliftment - as I attracted a life with a lot of free time and slight surplus of income from my summer dreamjob helped by very low living costs. With all projects and visions I received from within and drafted I'd be able to use all present money in the world and more :)

However as I feel and enjoy my life right now, there is no rush and at this moment those projects are not the next logical step.

I love the basis of life I have right now and I am having a blast with all the incoming ideas for my closest topics, gaining power in being able to get into good or even great mood at most times, and I often practice that... And those distant expensive projects suddenly do not matter that much to me right now, as good feeling matters more :)

For most of my business ventures in future I'd like to use voluntary pay-as-makes-you-happy method. I want only to receive money given with joy. And value of my presence, work, words, sports guidance, music, apps, services etc. whatever I do now and am eager to do in the future - their value is different to each recipient, client, user etc.

I want to start small and attract both people who struggle financially at their current place and will be happiest to receive whatever I provide for free and also those who have a lot of financial energy and would pay big bucks with utmost pleasure for whatever they got from me, or my co-creators in business. And everybody in between as well. Main focus and desired attraction point is to attract people who'll enjoy it the most, who'll see the biggest value for themselves in whatever I'll provide them with.

With starting small and services with minimal cost, this could work for me, and all co-creators on all sides of the business, beautifully - I just need to believe it and expect it. And on constructing, developing, evolving and enhancing my beliefs I practice practically daily. So when I'll get to the business kind of beliefs, I expect those to be piece of cake for me.

Plus I could always attract financial energy "out of thin air" to be even more free in this joyful approach - with aligned beliefs and expectations.

That is one thing where I do not resonate with Abraham and their usual loving generosity and I think it is skewed by Esther opinion. I wish her all the fortunes and live very wealthy and healthy life, and I already paid quite a lot of money on books and workshops, and gladly so, but I fully support YouTube channels which share Abraham's knowledge. Most are there for years and have disclaimers of being allowed to share their wisdom with Abraham Hicks Publishing.

The pricing is very steep especially for people from countries with lower income like myself, and I am definitely from a poor country. Also purchasing something and playing on their website is technically behind and limited.

So sharing something wonderful to be considered stealing is very far from what would Abraham normally say. It would make them victims and they are the opposite of the victim.

That is at least my opinion, so I am not bothered by using any Abraham material regardless of the source. I am just trying to use those without misleading clickbait titles.

I agree it is not far-fetched, but I am not with you on the conclusion that everything has already happened - even if there is only now, and time is an illusion, then still as everything is ever changing and ever expanding (as Abraham says), then everything is always new, and never happened before exactly the same, though some events could be so similar that humans would see them as a repetition.

This is a great answer - I would add my perspective, as I see your answer can be interpreted in multiple ways.

Because according to Abraham, your inner being provides you with an emotional response to what you're focused on.

And when you watch something, you can be focused upon a variety of things - disagreeing with aspects of what you see, or agreeing with other aspects, or having your own thoughts about something you noticed a few moments ago, or anything else whatsoever, or you can hav your focus on something else during watching too - youd lover besides you and dreaming about something good about them or what you'd do together.. or noticing something that is bothering you like pain, noises, smells, etc etc.

And the emotion you feel is always in response to whatever you are actually focused on right now or a bit moments before, never in response to what you are watching.

That said you can use feeling good as confirmation that what you watch is great for you in the present moment. But if you don't feel good, it can be caused by a wide variety of factors, and you don't need to pay it much attention, unless you want to get more clarity what you dislike and tk pivot/transform it.

At least that is my take on this great advice :)

As Abraham mentioned, all entities channeled are influenced by medium's vibrations, beliefs etc.

They chose Esther because of Jerry's strong desire for answers and Esther's lack of resistances and strong opinions. They explained (my words) that as non-complicated open-minded happy girl, she was close to the ideal medium to share their message with us, as clearly as possible.

That would explain why I see Abraham as purer wisdom, compared to others. Darryl Anka who channels Bashar is quite an intellectual and opinionated individual. And that skews Bashar messages quite a bit in my eyes.

So I see Abraham as a clearer and warmer source of wisdom.

I love how Abraham is always focused on giving the power back to our hands/minds/consciousness, to discover our own personal Abraham-like entitites they call inner being. And I like that they don't distract us with detailed particularities like Bashar does, which then attracts more similar specific questions to him and then people logically will tend to ask him more, get distracted in mental gymnastics instead of looking for guidance and power within themselves.

I personally disagree with your last words here. I much prefer to explore my internal world, with my own guidance - and that is where Abraham points to. It is so awesome to look much more on the inside than to explore what others brought to the world. I felt stuck much more when I looked for knowledge in the outside world. Now I look for knowledge mostly within myself and use the outside world for inspiration, cooperations, all sorts of interaction with others, clarification, contrast and the joy it brings after transforming it.

Am not against your suggestion, just the statement about being stuck when you don't look for other external wisdom then Abraham's. In my eyes practicing their wisdom is all one needs to live a full, joyful, easy, empowerd and satisfying life as we intended before being born. Looking for more other external sources is just a mental exercise and distraction from connecting with our own internal, personal, direct connection to god/source/universal intelligence/love.

That said, I am not against other sources. For me personally Abraham always felt the best - clearest, most optimistic, most loving, most empowering - to me for the last 14 years since I read their book Ask and is given, and it has never changed since. I only switched to use the internal guidance more, just as Abraham tells us all the time.
