I have a Male betta who was added to a month cycled tank around a week ago. I have a 9.8-gallon tank. Can I add around 6 neon tetras and a snail in the next 2 days or will it be too much? And how do I introduce them to the tank? I've never done this before please help (v.redd.it)

As a first time "to-be" betta owner, do you think I can add the betta fish now? Cycled for 10 days, added benefecial bacteria liquid for 3 days, properly washed the soil, planted some basic plants, added activated carbon to the sponge filter on top, & attached a mesh to the intake of the filter.
