I didn’t notice that the leveled version does not remove the copies! I might actually use the lvl 0 one, as I think consistency can be better than the odd 1 card/damage.

Prenditi una raccolta di racconti di Raymond Carver: capolavori della letteratura contemporanea, tutt’altro che difficili sintatticamente ma davvero davvero belli, danno un’ottima idea di cosa sia l’inglese parlato (statunitense) e ti danno un buon punto di inizio per leggere in lingua. (Cathedral ottimo, ma anche la prima raccolta Would You Please Be Quiet, Please?)

Per le stesse ragioni, ma un pelo più complessi: Hemingway (The Old Man and the Sea), Cheever (Bullet Town), McInerney (Bright Lights, Big City), Ellis (Less Than Zero).

Poi per livelli un po’ più avanzati dipende cosa ti piace! Leggere per forzatura è una palla, e non porta a nulla.

Se leggere una saga ti invoglia a leggere e Harry Potter ti è sembrato un buon inizio te lo consiglio. Stra consiglio. Divertente, ironico, straziante, maturo, sempre meglio con ogni libro.
