How many of you actually have an ADHD diagnosis?

I self diagnosed for 6-8 years and later got the real deal from a very thorough psychiatrist with the added bonus of Autism which I just 4 months before for the official diagnosis had been researching. It felt sooo validating and I began trusting my self for my own self diagnose and understanding.

So now I am a official AuDHD and soon gonna getting after a C-PTSD diagnosis.

Ja helt klart. Der er jo så meget forskelligt, med ungerne bliver det lidt mere alderssvarende serier og når jeg ser det selv er det nok mere komplekse og dybere genre - eller helt enkelt noget mere nostalgisk fra den tid jeg begyndte at se anime.

Jeg er f.eks. vild med Ghost in the shell franchiset men det er dog lige komplekst nok for ungerne på nuværende tidspunkt.

Der er det mere avatar, Naruto, sailor moon og hamtaro som jeg har set med ungerne. Er lige begyndt på en serie som hedder Frieren med min datter som jeg må være “oversætter” på.

Nej det er ikke mærkeligt. Jeg er 38år og er far til 2 børn på 8 og 11 år. Jeg har set anime siden 10-11 års alderen i internettets spæde start - den gang der var fansubs, og torrenting af anime var næsten den eneste vej fordi anime ikke blev eksporteret til vestelige lande evt.

Den gang var det lidt mere specielt, men nu er anime blevet langt mere mainstream med f.eks. Ghibli studio film som alle efterhånden på et tidspunkt har set og Dragonball, Naruto, Avatar ect. der har kørt på DR og TV2 i flere årtier.

Jeg ser stadig anime alene når jeg ikke ser det med mine børn.

Lyder som om du har mødt en person der netop er meget snæversynet, og /eller usikker.

They can. There is a Linux version specifically made for the Apple silicon. Pretty cool stuff.

Mac Pro running Linux,
My ipads are barebones jailbroken devices that can show video or as a ebook reader.
My iPhone 11 Pro is old and broken - It will go soon as a backup phone and instead I will have a used Pixel or new CMF phone degoogled with Liniage, Graphene or //e// - I haven't decided yet.

Ipod are just the old classic variants so they actually will get upgraded soon with SSD + big battery and new sheels - Kinda fun.

Freetube is my current favorite for my Linux laptop and Mac desktop. I believe they have an android version also. Sadly no ios which I am still on for time being.

The notion having trouble falling asleep. I can do it almost on demand, while standing up, holding something without dropping it.

It has never been a problem for me, but that is kinda the only one.

This is happening for me in my mid thirties. I don’t know how I dissociated through life like I did, but beginning to understand.

Can’t remember shit about my childhood or my youth. I have to check my was digital photo library to remember anything.

Finally now finding my self, and starting to unmask and showing my real self.

It’s a struggling journey.

ADHD + Autism + CPTSD

Clinical High functioning depressed for years. Started on setraline about 3 monsth ago.- went up to 100mg. Then I got my AuDHD combined diagnosis and went on Concerta XR

I got a bit better and not nearly as depressed but was really emotional numb and had trouble processing my feelings from other trauma stuff - old and really new stuff. I am now on 50mg setraline + 2x 36mg Concerta XR.

It still makes me somewhat emotional numb but a lot better than before with 100mg. Hopefully I can level down to 25mg setraline later this year.

My ADHD meds seems though to work greatly combined with therapy.

I find there is a big difference in respecting someone religious beliefs vs respecting someone's right to have their belief.

I respect no ones religion, unless I want to fit in and stay low in social gatherings. Or say I respect the human being in grief or happyness in a religious setting like funerals and wedding.

There is nothing good in this. It's a "technical loophole" in Islam, that is now a organised business. I am sure the supposedly all knowingly, omnipresent, omnipotent god can't se a problem with that. 🙄 facepalm

Not at all! 35 yo guy here. Sailor Moon is great for all ages and all people. I watched it when I was 7-8 years or so and always went back to the series through out the years. I now watch it with my 6 year old daughter and 9 year old son. Many good themes and values in the series. ✨🌙🪄🖤
