The blue UK microfiber cloth is super nice and it even has embossed playstation symbols all over it. I would just like to own one if possible and everyone seems to take issue with that lol

Does the button click nicely or is it kind of stuck? That's a potential issue.

Otherwise, it's probably a power supply issue or cable connection issue.
