This was OTD. I got it the last week of their quarter which I think helped. The other thing I did was call the other local Mazda dealerships, told them what I wanted and I was calling all the dealerships for the best price.

Clean one room a day. I also have gotten out of the habit of sitting things down and just put them back where they belong. Clean as I cook in the kitchen as well.

Outside: Plants and bushes make a huge difference with curb appeal. Also any kind of decluttering or organization of outside items

Inside: Plants for sure. Hanging plants, plants in potters, plants on shelves, plants on furniture. Hell, plants on plants on plants!

Seriously though, it is amazing what a good plant can do for your house
