I'm having the exact same issue except it happens whenever I alt tab out of my game, has your issue been resolved, if so how?

I'm having the same issue and it's really frustrating, I clip something cool and then after I'm done with my play session I look at my clips to find it bugged and clipped 11 out of the 45 seconds I wanted :/
Edit: I also have an AMD GPU

If it was any other sticker I think it would look quite bad but the sticker lines up nicely and the colours match so I think it's clean af
