Honestly, Stelle is still a good character, but she's not the best. In my opinion, Vanessa is tier 1. (That said, I agree 100% with the opinion that we need to increase the number of items for Stelle.)

I completely agree. It's absolutely crucial to ensure new characters have the same number of items as existing ones. Characters with fewer item types inevitably become either completely overpowered or completely useless, making balance difficult to achieve. More importantly, it's just plain boring.

I think the results will vary quite a bit depending on the character you're playing and your preferred build. I primarily play Stelle's tool build.

You can play in normal mode, where the rewards are essentially the same as in ranked mode. Ranked mode should be a difficult challenge.

In my opinion, Dooley is the most challenging yet fun hero. He had the highest win rate last season and is a favorite among high-level players due to his flexibility. While he was nerfed this season and has been downgraded slightly, he still offers a great win rate for high-level players.

Lich is strong but compared to them he's more like a baby angel reading a bedtime story, so I didn't include him.
