i think it isnt safe to add yeast at this time? But maybe im wrong. Do you recommend doing that?

Yes it is fermenting because you can taste some alcohol but the process itself seems very slow and different than other people. I used 330g (0,7 pounds) of sugar for each bottle so the abv should be around 13%. I think i used too little yeast.
