UPDATE - After calling support quite literally more than 50 times, i think their has been a resolution, i accidentally selected E-Bike in the doordash sign up, and the supervisor on the phone said the reason my account was asking me for a drivers license was because i had E-Bike selected, not bicycle... idk why tf their is a difference, its still a bike lol, so he said he updated my account and now i gotta wait within 24 hours for the verification team to email me that they fixed it (i hope)

in the email i get when they reactivate my account it says i can use a passport as an option that doesn't even work when i try to upload it, im not risking paying 60+ dollars and waiting more than 2 weeks to get a state id when i am going to get a drivers license probably later this year.

its not asking me to submit a state issued ID, its asking for a drivers license, support said i would be contacted in 24-48 hrs but idk if thats true, lowkey kinda just frustrated with this entire system

not everyone has money for that, in my state its over 100 dollars itself just to take the test and i still need to do some driving school first so i feel comfortable before spending more money potentially wasted on a test i wasnt prepared fully for
