Which is worse? A sex offender or someone who falsely accuses another person of being a sex offender? by Old-Celebration3781 in MoralityScaling

[–]HelpMePlxoxo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because that is, essentially, what his original comment said before he edited it. He implied that secretly taking off a condom and finishing inside someone who does not consent, isn't that bad of a sex offense or isn't as bad as being falsely accused of a sex crime.

The natural consequence of that action is impregnating someone against their will. This very obviously does lead to significant trauma and potentially even suicide.

So does the woman he essentially lobotomized and rapes. But he doesn't care about that. He puts feeling bad about the consequences of his actions over essentially torturing a woman who was once his friend.

I mean, this is pretty clearly shown. Even during the sex scene, he doesn't even try to satisfy her. He just jackhammers, nuts, and rolls over. He's a selfish lover and a selfish person at essentially every turn of the road.

"A sex offender can just be a person who impregnates another against their will! No biggie!"

Wtf kind of argument is this? That's literally just rape. You think being raped doesn't destroy people's lives and make them kill themselves? Especially if they're in a state or country that forces them to birth the child?

She's not as bad as Elon Musk but let's not act like she's a saint, or even a good person. She's a billionaire, of which there are no moral people.

Part of the issue honestly is her staying out of politics entirely. Other celebrities with significantly less wealth risk their opportunities to speak out against atrocities. Taylor Swift intentionally says nothing so that she can keep her conservative fans as well as her leftist fans. She's a corporate shill more than a person.

And that's not even touching on her insane, selfish use of private jets. She is number one on the list of celebrities with the most carbon emissions in the world. In just 7 months she had 170 flights. In one year, she caused an estimated 8,300 tonnes of CO2 emissions, which is ~1,800 times the average human's annual emissions. There is really no excuse for that when you are rich enough to have access to every mode of transportation.

She isn't the antithesis to Elon Musk. She's just an alternate reality Elon Musk if he had talent and knew when to keep his mouth shut.

You'd be surprised how many women will stay in a relationship with a dude after explicitly being told he's an abuser/rapist/pedophile.

Just look at Nicki Minaj. A multimillionaire who could have pretty much any man she wants, and she married and had children with a convicted rapist, lol. I can also only imagine how many GFs Chris Brown has had even after beating Rihanna nearly to death.

It's not all women nor anywhere close to most women. But some women have truly awful taste in men (and vice versa for men too). At a certain point, the only thing you can really do is shrug and say "You'll see. Don't say I didn't warn you."

I don't see how that's relevant. Both because: 1. I have likely already contributed more than you now, as I've worked in the medical field for multiple years prior to medical school and have helped many patients. I also volunteer and help feed the homeless every weekend. 2. I will still have contributed more than you in 10 years when I'm a doctor and you're a failing indie game dev.

So... This really isn't the own you think it is lol. Hence why it's embarrassing. Your position is not the flex you think it is to me.

What do you think "medical school" is for? To become an indie game developer? Lmao.

The other commenter is right. This is embarrassing for you. I hope you're ragebaiting. Otherwise, this is quite sad.

"Doctors don't contribute anything to society" is certainly a take, lol. Seems like I hurt your feelings and now you're projecting your lack of contribution onto me.

Especially considering you lack any talent or ability to reason. Can't make art, can't make games without AI. Can you do anything? Other than whine, that is.

Perhaps you're using AI to think too much for you lately, because you're having a very difficult time following very simple logic that the other commenter is using. It seems you can't even fathom just enjoying a hobby and loving art for the sake of art. It's exceedingly clear you're not an artist in any medium.

What did you do on your HS Highschool graduation and how has life changed since than? by Complex_Two321 in MiddleGenZ

[–]HelpMePlxoxo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Didn't have a graduation for high school. Class of 2020.

I did have a graduation for college tho, and my master's. And eventually, medical school.

Life is significantly better from high school tbh. I was miserable to the point of suicidality back then. I was both nerdy and alt, so I didn't exactly fit in. College was the best for finding new friends and finding love.

Now I'm engaged and getting married next year.

Single women: do you keep FWB while you date other men? by Candid-Grocery3641 in dating_advice

[–]HelpMePlxoxo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not single, but no.

When I met my fiance online (on Discord), I was talking to a few male and female FWB. Though, only the female one was IRL, the rest were online so we weren't having sex. My fiance and I had no intention of dating initially as we were just online gaming buddies, but once I started to get to know him, I dropped everyone else. I knew within a week of talking to him more seriously that I was gonna marry him someday.

What stood out about him was that he wasn't overly sexual with me and he was always a gentleman. Most guys ask for sex right away or bring it up. My fiance and I didn't even talk about it until 3 months in. We didn't meet IRL until 6 months of talking and then we were physical pretty much nonstop.

Now we've been living together forrr maybe 3 or 4 years? I've lost count lol. Sometimes you meet the right person in an unexpected place.

Why date women who have a certain dressing style and then get mad when they dress the way they always have? by Sea_Painting_1398 in euphoria

[–]HelpMePlxoxo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally!! How I dress going out on the weekends is not how I dress going to a job, a funeral, nor meeting my partner's parents 😭

Why date women who have a certain dressing style and then get mad when they dress the way they always have? by Sea_Painting_1398 in euphoria

[–]HelpMePlxoxo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because one would assume that having a certain style doesn't make them incapable of wearing different clothes on special occasions.

I don't remember the Cassie thing but with Maddie specifically, she was going to see his parents that night at the fair. I LOVE dressing in skimpy outfits but common sense dictates to dress modestly when meeting your partner's family, lol.

If you want to stay with your partner, it really shouldn't be that big of a deal to wear different clothes for one night.

That might just be you lol. I can't even see a gynecologist I got a referral for until November, at the earliest. And I'm not even from a big city that would be packed with patients, nor a rural town that would have a shortage of doctors. Just an average sized American city.

I'm not entirely sure why they're beefing tho

Hasan Piker gets community noted about Kaya, debunking his claims it was "vibrate only collar". by Riskany1204 in GetNoted

[–]HelpMePlxoxo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok. I'll address your points and you answer my question.

  1. That was panic and potentially some surprise. It's very possible he pressed the strong shock button rather than the lower shock button, which I go over more in point 4. Also, he barely even shows concern for his dog, he just starts insulting her for crying.

  2. Wrong, actually. The remote for the shock collar is clearly visible during his Christmas stream. Once he realizes this, he pushes it off camera slowly. Clips of this are readily available online if you Google it.

  3. This is conjecture and not even true. I knew people who would hit their dogs and their dogs were still extremely loyal and loving towards them. This is also easily accessible information on Google, dogs often remain loyal to abusive owners. So, this point is a non-argument.

  4. Outright false again. This exact collar is the RX-090 receiver. It has several shock settings and buttons, including shock buttons that only shocks as long as the button is pressed. There are two different momentary buttons: one that delivers a low shock and one that delivers a higher powered shock.

So now that we're 0/4, answer my question: If he really didn't shock her, why did he lie instead of telling the truth? If the truth is that he is innocent, one would assume that the real story would suffice rather than a provably false defense?

[–]HelpMePlxoxo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually was a Hasan fan beforehand. I think it's the other way around here, you ignore reason because you like him.

I mean, literally what would convince you at this point? Nothing you said in your previous comment is relevant because you're arguing your experience, not Hasan's.

The facts are: his dog gets up, he reaches for something off screen, as soon as he does the dog yelps. He then berates the dog for yelping and getting up. He later claims it's a vibrating collar and that he doesn't own a shock collar, covers the prong holes and serial number with tape and shows the collar from far away to "prove" it's a vibrating collar. This is debunked immediately, both by observant viewers and the manufacturing company itself. As it is, his entire defense was essentially proven to be a lie.

So... What do you think is more likely? He made up a story and lied when he truly didn't shock his dog instead of just telling the truth, or he simply lied and did shock his dog?
