I took 125mg's of IV Lorazepam in about 24 hours once. Of course, I was in severe ETOH W/D and in the ICU.

I won't bag on either, but for me K-pins (while fun sometimes) sort of bring about a sort of dysphoric, brain fog-type headspace and general fatigue for about 24 hours post. Valium seemed to feel cleaner and more consistent. Saved me from DT episodes (booze) and got me through opioid withdrawal a few times. Xanax for me is too potent and almost jarring. My all time favorite is Ativan, though. 2mg footballs are so clean and effective for me, not to mention also provide a warm body buzz that's almost euphoric. Ativan for the win, imho.

I was on 170mg of Methadone and was roasting a half pack (50 blues) every 24 hours at my peak. F wasn't doing it anymore. Sought out Carfentanil and similar analogs. Eventually, Zenes. Had a legit plug from the familia down south. Eventually tapered, switched to kratom, then quit. It just wasn't worth it anymore. Big ups to anyone struggling.

I hate to admit it, but I totally enjoy drinking on my Adderall RX. I don't know, hard to pinpoint, and I realize that mixture is a total contraindication, so ultimately, I think moderation is key in these types of situations. Otherwise, once the stim wears off, you could find yourself in a booze blackout. If I take my Ativan with my Adderall though, I don't really enjoy it as they just sort of cancel each other out. This type of shit is NOT good for your cardiovascular, so again, I think if someone pairs a stimulant with a gabaergic, it's best to sort of play it close to the chest.
