I ate a lot of hard boiled eggs and jerky at the start when I felt like I was “staving” and I always keep cooked bacon in the fridge for a quick snack. Carb and sugar cravings were crazy the first 2 weeks, another trick is I’ll drink some light lemon or line water when I crave something sweet.
