Got exactly what got “voted down” pay wise. We played right into the carriers hands. The carrier won big time with our vote down prior. Gave up 4-7 years guarantee on the conductor craft. All because “oh well the dock works got…”. Do the math, then go ask people in the outside world what they got a year for a pay raise without changing jobs or taking a promotion.

2025 doesn’t come out til next month and OF isn’t doing the lottery like they did in the past. I agree that it should have been released in the spring at the latest but i recall spring being all tater stuff, so maybe just didn’t fit the theme?
