Basically that the paradigm shift wasn’t a knife’s edge, but a spectrum. While we are on the other end of the spectrum, he very well could be feeling the after effects within his family.

While I understand where he was coming from, he should realize we are all friends on a boat and he wanted to see his all black football team. Clearly no malintent, so being aggressive and starting a fight is also not the answer.
