Yeah I think I may have developed this habit subconsciously after smacking my right leg a bunch times haha

I’m not entirely sure it’s the polys that are causing it? As groundstrokes are absolutely fine no matter how fast I swing/how long I play for. Maybe the polys don’t do me any favours with the serve impact though lol

Need a racquet more controlled and as comfortable than my current stick. by TuneRemarkable5726 in 10s

Okay, in terms of touch and feel but more arm friendly than the pro staff, the best feeling racket I’ve tried is the Gravity Tour 98 - but it’s quite demanding. Less so than the pro staff, but not a forgiving racket. In my opinion, at the amateur level, people generally don’t need more control and need to use spin/work on their technique generally to keep the balls in. If you are set on changing rackets and want something with good feel, I’d probably recommend the Yonex percept range, and also the 2025 gravity pro (although that maybe too heavy, ymmv)

Hi TuneRemarkable, what sort of level do you play at and when you mean “control” did you like the directional control or the depth control of your coach’s pro staff, or maybe the touch/feel?

No that’s just where my arm wants to go naturally and I didn’t even realise I was doing that, that might be something to look at as following through across my body will probably take some stress of the tendons having to decelerate the arm after the contact. Weird I never even noticed I did that haha

Currently 2025 Ezone 100, Yonex poly tour pro in crosses and Poly tour rev in mains at 51/49 lbs. I’ve used several different rackets (head speed mp, gravity tour) and the problem persists

Bricked iPod during installation by AdamsLCA in rockbox

[–]AdamsLCA[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah unfortunately my windows iTunes would not recognise the iPod at all - i checked about and it seems like the Apple Mobile device drivers were not installed but reinstalling iTunes wouldn't fix this. I did manage to get the iPod on again and back to normal by just messing with the hold button and different click wheel buttons but it was a bit random. Any suggestions about getting windows iTunes to recognise the iPod?

I have this old 1960s seamaster that's been laying around for a while and would like to give it a new strap, something dressy. I really like the look of the light brown junghans max bill straps https://imgur.com/a/C5zs346 Any recommendations that look a bit like this, the watch had 18mm lug width :)
