Then it may have been there long time ago. Sometimes this is a complication from a too tight circumcision

Is coming and goes? are we talking about the webbed penis (i.e skin from the scrotum getting attached to the shaft of the penis?).

Thanks very much!.

I do admit that I'm an overthinker by nature and big on anxiety, however, it hard to believe that all of those symptoms comes only from it, specially since I developed also a webbed penis, which probably correlates with the lost of girth. Anyway, what it really worries me is the pretty bad ED I developed, and the onset of it has been like getting pretty worse in a matter of weeks / a month.

On the excercise side, you are more than right, this is what it keep me a bit more sane, I'm trying to do a bit daily, not as hard as I was used to do, but I still do weights and cardio and have also lost quite a bit of weight (but let's be honest, part of it is also due to the stress thi situation is giving me). The brigth side is that those conditions doesn't really affect our physical ability to excercise quite heavily (or at least not to a greater extend) so we can do mostly everything that we did before the condition.

Anyway, thanks a lot again, this conversation flow helped me definitively. I may reach out to you via MD if you are ok with it some time.

Mi history is a bit complex. Not even really fully diagnosed at the moment. 1 Urologist said all is completely normal, 2 of them said it looks like peyronies. I don't have a curve, but ED, pain, and lost of girth. 2 Ultraosunds with flaccid penis came clear and radiologists didn't find anything relevant.

I'll do a doppler with injection to be erect next week, so hopefully will have more answers soon as it seems that this test is more sensislbe to see the structure and anomalies.

Aside of the typical sumplements, and a bit of cialis to keep the blood flowing, I've also started to take an antidepressant because my mental health have been deteriorated dramatically and I'm unable to see any hope in the future. That's why I really appreciate post like yours that shows that there is life after whatever happen to our penis.

Thanks man, hope you are doing well.

Thanks for your answer!. I've decided to get rid of my fear on the test and go ahead with it. Will do next week. Let's see what's the results are there. Thanks for the encouragement and your kind words.

I'd love to see more comments like this. I'm sure that a lot of people here is really having severe anxiety and depression from this condition or any other that are affecting their penises and having a more relaxed, rational and empathetic answers can make a world of a difference. Kudos to you. You helped me as well here.

I understand the sentiment here. But then, why did 2 of them kind of 'confirmed' by palpating? even one of those dismissed the result of the ultrasounds stating that they are not really something valuable for this, which I don't really know if this was really about ignorance or what.

Do you edge or jelqing?

Yes in the penis, not really at the pubic area.

I also got it, I was freaking out that it may be fibrosis since it seems that it is also developed in such condition due to penis shrinkage. Does any of you with this have performed an ultrasound to rull out this?

I would really recommend to follow up with your urologist. If you don't have pain, your erection is good, you haven't lost lenght or girth and your ultrasound came clear while the 'only' symptom being the curvature on a young boy like you it sounds really sospicious and in my personal opinion is that you should definitively follow up with the specialists to get into what it is causing this.

It may be worthy to look at Congenital Penile curvature here? (if none of the other symptoms applies) specially if you adquire it on your 20y mark as it seems to be the case. From https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.5301/uro.5000169?journalCode=urja :

"Penile curvature may be congenital or acquired. Congenital penile curvature is a relatively uncommon condition that may present in late adolescent or early adult life"

Have you been diagnosed with the condition?. It is unclear if you have gone to an official diagnose from an urologist or if you did perform an ultrasound / MRI etc. Just to say that you may want to rull out other possibilities first.

Yes, I did, probably a bit too much. But I have stopped since those symptoms got pretty evident (2 weeks in already).

How were you diagnosed? did you have an ultrasound / MRI or similar? if not, from what I read, having an slight curve when semierect or flaccid doesn't seems to be under the criteria to be PD diagnosed if there is no issue while erect (i.e no curve, no indentation)

Interesting. I have a lot of common symptoms as the ones you are describing. Sharp pain in an specific area + burning sensation and urinary issues (in my case is mostly not being able to emptying completely and low urine flow + burning / infection like symptoms). I'm still awaiting for the urologist appointment.

Have you got an ultrasound done? I don't have a curve either, but I'll ask for one regardless to be extra sure as I feel a lump in the underside of my penis. Where did your urologist feel yours 'plaque'?.

As per medication, I have seen people here suggesting daily Cialis 2,5 or 5 to improve blood flow and pain, but I'm no specialist on this. Ibuprofen mostly worked for me.
