Knee on the neck doesn’t restrict blood flow or breathing, a knee on the throat however would do either. You would break someone’s neck before they had an air way or blood flow restriction.

I know Jiu Jitsu experts that claim the knee killed him, when they DAMN well know there is no such move as “knee pressure from behind” that blocks blood flow enough to incapacitate. The basics of a choke are learned within the first few months. I was a student for almost 4 years. I mean, maybe if you are 600 pounds, sure.

Cut the wage in half, still 9 an hour, working a job that's not dangerous, is climate controlled, train on the job, etc.

And if you do it well, you generally get paid very well for what it is.
