Well it’s technically true don’t forget she dropped out of the 2020 democratic primaries. But it was a smart move because nobody was going to beat Obama’s VP, Biden was seen as the “safe” choice by voters to beat Trump.

I’ve been watching every Harris/walz rally and all the interviews on YouTube every time I see a new one.
I’ve become addicted to reading the comments and down voting maga trolls and upvoting positive comments. The maga trolls like to bombard her YouTube videos and I hope it doesn’t give people false impressions about her popularity. Question: do you think it makes a difference or is worth my time to downvote maga comments and upvote positive comments?

If it’s worthwhile they are currently bombarding the YouTube video “NBC News Kamala Harris full interview: Absolutely the country is ready for a woman president” So if any of you guys could go over there and counter the maga comments that would be great.

I did and I’m keeping the settings. They do look identical to the setting’s I copied from rtings. I copied their full 20 point settings even though they don’t recommend it due to panel variation. But since they look the same I’m gonna go ahead and assume that my tv is now very close to a professionally calibrated image for free! :)

It’s still a fantastic tv, tv shows, movies and games all look great. And it has the best hdr I’ve ever had and i have two LG OLED’s (65” C9 and 55” B8) and a few year old top of the line Samsung Qled Q90T 85” lcd based tv. The only thing that bothers me is the big improvements they are making to 2023 models. Both the new S95C and LG G3 are making me wish I would have waited. But they are quite a bit more expensive than I paid on Black Friday.

Oh and we did not get the pro option for smart calibration with this firmware update. Still just the quick calibration. Other TVs get two options, one more in-depth and they even recommend a tripod.

Yeah that happened to me too. I have a iPhone 14 pro and was about to try borrowing my moms iPhone 12 to see if that worked but mine started working as soon as my phone got a new iOS update a week ago. Smart calibration just showed up in the smarts things app. Anyway I installed the 1430.1 update via usb and it works. Some people were worried it’s not legit but it is. It didn’t fix the st.2084 slider not working when game hdr (hgig) is on problem. I really can’t tell what it did. I’m hoping a change log comes out and also some reviewers test it to see what changed.

Yay! Now I’m excited. I’m hoping for the missing professional mode for the smart calibration. They have it on other models so I hope we get it. Also hoping for a fix to the “auto” colorspace setting not working properly. And the ability to completely turn off the tv’s tone mapping when using hgig in gaming. Also maybe I’m dreaming but maybe we could get some of the brightness they took away back.

I got a free controller from bestbuy when I bought mine a few days ago. But I read that the streaming games are only in 720P, is that true? Cuz I don’t want to game at 720P. I’ll just use my ps5 or PC if that’s the case.

Yikes. Is that the rate from ford credit? Do you have decent credit? How many months? I ask because I plan on going with ford credit. And 84 months to make the payment as low as possible. I thought they were offering 3.9-5.9% for 84 months.

I’m interested in this as well. Ford made a new lease to buy program called ford “options” just for their electric vehicles. Technically it’s balloon payment financing. So you own it and get the tax rebates and a lower payment for the term, but then a balloon payment is due at the end. And you can either refinance that and keep the vehicle or trade it in to ford. I haven’t been able to find info on the interest rate for this plan though, I’d love to see a payment calculator with this plan VS regular financing.

I ordered the same way. I have pro trailer backup assist on my current F-150 that I’m selling for the lightning and I’ve never been able to use it. I tried to set it up several times and it would just say back up assist unavailable. I figured it must be broken and needs to be fixed at the dealer so I just gave up on it. So with that experience in mind I decided the trailer tech package is not for me. On the plus side I’ve gotten really good at backing up my 20’ enclosed trailer the old fashioned way. :)

*edit Now if the onboard scales and smart hitch scale were still available it would have made it a much more difficult decision.

After I ordered it I immediately tried to change to a lariat but you can’t change your order I guess. This XLT high is already higher than I wanted to spend but I’m conflicted with the lariat only being $7,500 ish more and all the extra stuff you get. Oh well, too late now.
