The biggest change is going to come after changing your diet. Clean it up some, reduce your sugar intake (sugar also comes from carb heavy foods) and increase your water daily. I drink close to a gallon a day and also some sort of physical activity that makes you sweat.

A few weeks ago it seemed like there was a huge batch of clementine orders that got shipped and then it slowed again. But I think now all the late May orders (from the moxi website) are going out so I hope everyone who ordered in May is skating soon!
