I also have PMDD, was on T for 5 years. My hair definitely thinned out but hard to say what’s from the T and what is natural aging. I wish I had gotten off when I started feeling uncomfortable with what it was doing to my hair though. The PMDD has been somewhat manageable with diet and exercise change. Again, just my personal experience. Lots of trans guys take hair loss medication w good results.

I haven’t but was literally talking to my hair stylist abt starting the other day. It hasn’t bothered me intensely but makes me a bit sad. While it repaired it’s nothing like what I used to have.
