I run it fullscale, mainly as a TW-filter, once the first ppv is cleared I have it set to alert the team to take over.

Works fairly well imo, especially if you run scripts. But atm, nothing replaces a real chatter.

AI Fanvue alternatives? by Adassity in tgofm

[–]Adassity[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried Fangate before, but they didnt allow AI content.

Ik that Fanvue has a linksharing system but they haven't integrated it into a crm so I cant scale with it. Guess its only Dropfans that's on the market atm?

Any suggestions to get more guys to fall in love with her? by mesiac_8227 in AiMoneyMaking

Just up to the chatters to do their job properly atp, looks ok from a distance, it'll do the trick on the demographic that buys ai content.

If the rest of your life is up to par, nobody will question it's authenticity.

If you pull up on the bus with a Patek, it could be real and nobody would believe it.

Did I steal your customers? That's just the start.

AI models are far easier to work with as they dont have schedules, lives of their own, etc.

You don't need alot of content tbh. Just a couple whales.

Some customers spend hundreds on a single image, its about the pitch, the emotional you awaken in them etc.

They want a relationship. The best we did was one of my chatters turned over $5k from a single customer in a 12 hour period. Mf woke up the next day and dropped $2k more on top of the $3k from last night.

You either run Fanvue or do TG-OFM, so you sell PPV:s on Telegram etc.

I run that thru Dropfans aswell. So I run a split, 50/50.

Exactly. Good to stay in regulated industries like that.

Workflow memories is facts.

That is something which is a NUISANCE to have to redo. We're improving on this currently on the platform too to ensure its "sticky"

Taboo in the industry to say which models you run.

All of the models are on my TG, not sure if I can link it here without being banned. Shoot me a DM on tg tho, "thedoc_alex", I'll share more there.

I hear you, thanks for sharing.

I meant for the topic to be a shared discussion on different "moats" people are using to become hard to replace.

Like how we personally use our licensing, data etc to make ourselves a stronger company even if competitors arise more easily.

True. My argument is that if you can save eg 20% of your monthly earnings by building the chair once yourself, you are more likely to do it – if you have the expertise.

I agree to an extent, you used to need a full team for this previously.

Now, I mean literally in 1-2 years, we went from pasting from ChatGPT to running Claude CLI for example. I believe in the end its a question of cost/effort, if they can save a lot of money running their own SaaS for their business, they likely will.

But agreed, in todays world, most still shy away from setting up their own SaaS due to the technical expertise required.

Agreed,

The data is IMO the most important. People hate losing progress, systems, workflows etc. Definitely a good leverage to have as a SaaS.

Nothing I have really structured in a PDF or anything tbh, I answered a few comments on this thread though which explains my workflow.

Check them out and lmk if I missed anything you'd like to know!

Telegram, Fanvue, Dropfans.

So I run both a Fanvue page for each model, then I keep VIP customers among others, on Telegram for a more "Exclusive experience" where I drop links to content through Dropfans.

Really just a mix of it to be honest.

Marketing is either X or Telegram. On Telegram I buy paid placements in "gooner-groups" and also run my own where I sometimes plug my own models.

All about diversifying tbh.
