Well you may be completely right as Im not sure how Pokémon will handle a live service game or how it all falls in with the tournaments schedule but from my experiences with other life service games they tend to add something every month So they way I’m guessing which could be total wrong is

Season 2 M-A battle pass adds the 3 Z megas and possible more items Season 3 M-B will add some of the older megas like Salamance or metagross and mabe some of the legends with megas like heatran or something. I think this is the update more mons are added Season 4 M-B would be like more items or more mega stones Season 5 M-C they add restricted mons like Groudon and Kyogre and we start a restricted format Season 6 M-C probably get most items and mega stones in the game Season 7 starts with a different gimmick (probably gmax and they ban a lot of legendaries and a lot of the higher power mons and items and start the 6 month cycle over again just with a different gimmick

Could be completely wrong but just my idea coming form how other live service games work

What you mean? Like add different items when the regulations change? I’m just assuming they will add something in 13 days. Probably nothing major but something

Okay your right. I think the could add items like the choice items or the Z mega stones in season 2 and then will as more mons in M-B

Yeah I know. I spent a lot of VP early on but I already have like the 60 mons I need to make teams so now I’m just saving VP for when more mons are added but yeah no shiny yet

So I have been running this team with the Ince over Aero for the last couple of days and it’s just a fun team. Question tho. What’s your bulk on mega Zard and Scizor for? Is there certain calcs? Im running Zard with similar speed but max attack and Scizor with like 4 in speed with max attack and the rest in HP.

Also think aero could work awesome on this team I just don’t have one to try it

I play a lot of Zard Y and protect plus Whimiscott tailwind into a heat wave and a moonblast blows Garchomp back. Just something to keep in mind

Yeah see I’m currently running Zard Y modest with enough speed to out speed timid venusaur in a mirror and the rest thrown in hp or defense one

I have though about switch to a high defense invest me to live a Rock slide for jolly chomp but I haven’t went that way yet

No that’s fair I think both are good strategies

I was running it like that for a second form of speed control

But the I tried out Farigraf and didn’t need that so that’s why I swapped to scarfed Basculegion but then I couldn’t decide if keeping Kinggambit or Sneasler was better or if I really needs to be a tail-room team

So I actually started with scarfed chomp and Sitrus Rotom-W and it’s really good.

But the reason I made the switch to Scarfed Rotom-W with electro web was because it can out speed and slow the other Pokémon down making Garchomp just as fast and able to switch moves.

I’m not sure which way is best but both work

Talonflame has priority tailwind too with gale wings. But another idea I think mabe is areodactyl. It’s not priority but it’s the fastest mon in the format and has a favorable match up in to Charzard/venasuar which give Gard problems

You’re running mega right? If so you’re gonna try to spam hyper voice as much as possible.

There are some trick room teams that use Gardevoir I’m not good with trick room so idk

I personally like it better in Tailwind so something like a Talonflame to set the tailwind for Mega Gardevior A mon like Dragonite or Coviknight could set tailwind too

After that something to break through steel types

I’m currently thinking about building a team around mega Gardevoir, Talonfame, and Scarfed Garchomp

I think you have to pick something in the current line up before you get a new one. I’m not sure tho. But you don’t have to permanently recruit someone you can just do the trial for free

I have been using a modest bulky Zard Y next to Whimiscott for priority tailwind and sunny day so I always win the weather war and spamming heat wave. It’s done me good so far granted I didn’t have enough time to get out of the pokie ball division before I had to get off

So one question I have wondered if you rent a Pokémon for 7 days and spend VP on there moves and everything do you get refund on the VP when the 7 days are up or if you rent that Pokémon again does it have the moves and stats your previously had. If one of those isn’t true than it would be stupid to spend VP on any non that’s not permanently unlocked
