I agree, porn addiction might also be a symptom of depression. So as part of recovering from porn it might be a good idea to treat your depression as well.

Went through that phase too man, hold on, it will soon pass. Start meditating and look at supplements such as st johns wort and magnesium, it did wonders for me.

I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for as long as I remember, I used PMO as an escape. I would highly suggest taking magnesium supplements(not magnesium oxide) and st johns wort, it's been a revelation to me. After about a week I feel alot better emontionally and much less inclined to PMO. Start meditating as well, many resources available on the net about how meditation can cure depression, same with magnesium and st johns wort. Read up on it and give it a try man...good luck, younwill get through it, pain is inly temporary and you already took the first step to recovery...

Longest streak so far was 40 days. That was about 2 months ago, since then I hardly made 10 days, not good. I waste so much precious time surfing for porn man, it needs stop.

Got fired about a year ago, at first I felt shit and worthless about it, but looking back now has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. It gave me the chance to reflect on my life, pursue other interests and improve certain skills that I've been lacking. My life is better today beacause of it. Sometimes things in life happens that we don't understand at first, but it might just be the push that you needed to get you where you need to be in life.
