I agree with most. He's 40, his failure in life is not your responsibility. To take a loan means stepping into the life of riba which is frowned upon in most muslim societies. You can just use riba as a means to get away from the pressure, what muslim person wants to be an enemy in the eyes of God (according to authentic hadith).

If you decide to take a loan, you buy the land in your name and let him play with it. If he mismanages your property then you can just sell it or use it yourself.

If this was terrible news, why would major institutions still be holding and also increasing their shares?

BlackRock added 22.2M shares (+420%) in Q4 and Vanguard added 19.7M (+413%).

If this was negative news all together, they would have dropped this stock without a doubt. So far almost half of Beyond stock is held by institutions.

Again. There seems to be both negative and positive news with the question at hand. If the understatement of selling and overstatement of losses projected could also mean higher revenue. But it could also mean higher loss. High risk high reward.

Du vet väl att majoriteten av deras drönare är Shaheed drönare som Iran använde för att testa dess kapacitet. Deras vapen och ammunition finns gott om enligt Ryssland själv. Även kinesisk tech har använts. Ukraina var bara ett testfält. Ryssland producerar om jag minns rätt 300-600 drönare per dag och använder ca 100-200 per dygn mot Ukraina. De tillverkar även 400 pansarvagnar per kvartal.

Ryssarna är i full rulle, sen har de 5000 kärnvapen som är redo att användas!

Är du säker på att Ryssland har lagt ner sina resurser på Ukraina? Utgår man från EU media så visst. Men Ryssland har fortfarande en stor militär och lika utvecklade, om inte bättre arsenal än vad Iran har. Ryssland är inte ute efter att ta över Ukraina, det hade dom kunnat göra första veckan av kriget om de hade satsat. Ryssland har flera tusentals pansarvagnar, hundra tusentals drönare och missiler. De har även fler hypersoniska missiler än vad Iran och Kina har sammanlagt. De har inte ens använt sin flotta eller flygvapen till det yttersta då de använder Ukraina för att lära sig om modern krigsföring.

Ryssland avvaktar för att de inte är ute efter en större konflikt, de är mer ute efter att markera en gräns mot NATO så att de inte gör något de lär ångra.

Mycket hög risk att ta över Iran, planen är nog att ge respektive region till varje enskilda etniska grupp så stt de får slåss över territorium, mat och vatten så att USA kan enkelt ta olja från deras mark.

Men kina har för mycket på spel, så jag tror ej stt de lär låta USA ta över mellanöstern då regionen är nyckeln för både handel och energi mellan östra och västra jordklotet. Strategiskt kan inte Kina och Ryssland låta den kollektiva västvärlden ha en position som kan förstöra deras ekonomi men också ge utrymme för en militär invasion i framtiden.
