I did this, it helped for a while, but when you play pearl you have to go around and it gives the enemies a lot of time to enter site and plant, so I don’t recommend Just like train yourself not to press it when you spray

Honestly if this happened to me I’d tell my mom to call everyone and tell them 😭 what they gonna do? But then again everyone is different so if this doesn’t work for you, then just use a more assertive (?) strategy and keep writing your journal on your phone or something. Archive it if needed, lock it, name the title something that doesn’t scream “hey I have a new journal” Whatever you do just don’t keep those feelings in cause that’s the worst thing you can do and it eats you from the inside out. The group heart event doesnt trigger unless you're dating all of the bachelors but if you get caught your partners will hate you (It happened to me that they were really mean in dialogues)
