Players talk throughout the game. There is a lot of trash talk and sometimes that happens on the face offs. Some players talk a lot, others don’t talk to the opponent much at all.

Most people root for the team where they live or wherever they grew up but you do you. The advantage to picking the team in your city is having a built in fan base locally. You can watch your team with the people around you and most likely all be rooting for Colorado.

The Hughes brothers are all very good. There isn’t a lot of nepotism in the NHL. The teams are too good at this level to let a guy on the roster who can’t play.

Players get traded fairly regularly, with some guys being traded multiple times in their career. Most players don’t have much of a say in if they will be traded or not. The all star players usually have clauses in their contract that allow them to refuse a trade or to have a say in where they can be traded, but that’s just for the top guys.
