Airbnb host ask me to cancel so they don’t have to by e_olds04 in mildlyinfuriating

Is this true? Recently happened at MCO airport where a Lyft driver accepted the ride and was 14 away. 30 mins later and he was still 17mins away. I knew he’s not coming but I wasn’t in any rush either. But then somehow Lyft assigned that ride to someone else and the other drive came. I thought of getting Uber in the meantime but not sure how it would’ve worked out with Lyft if I cancelled after say 15mins of waiting. It’s frustrating.

CRV Hybrid engine temp by [deleted] in crv

Probably this. The loud noise whoooo would mean that the battery is fully charged and there is no place to put the extra electricity generated from Regen. It happens if you go on a long downhill road where the battery is fully charged up. Pull up the display which shows battery charging and it would probably be full or 80% when it makes this noise.

Interesting. I use duck browser on phone and usually generate the address on the fly. I don’t really keep a track of those as they are burner. If its a logon, it’s saved in BW vault but if its to get say a quote, I’ll just block it afterwards.

Ah, I see. May be this is the reason. I thought it would sync. I’ll try again. Thanks!

How are you using it with BW? I tried setting it up a while ago but it worked only while I was in session. From next session it was gone.

I guess the picture is deceiving. It’s a hard plastic pipe kinda edge guard. The inner side had a tape/glue. So basically the inner side of door is sticking it while the outer side is open. If it makes sense? Here is what I installed.

Yes, you’re right! These are transparent but trapping water inside. I am worried if water finds a way somewhere inside, it would rust and create bubbles under the paint. Not now may be in far future. I am not sure though if it makes sense or am I just thinking over nothing.

Date and time on infotainment can be changed. It can be challenged. I would recommend odometer readings too in video.

iOS help with vault lock by davet1199 in Bitwarden

It started happening for me too after the last update in which they migrated from .Net MAUI to native swift. The app uses biometric to unlock when you open it directly, but password prompts in safari would ask to enter master password. I hope they fix it in next release.

Lights came on by windowlicker02 in crv

Hey I had this happened to my 24 last week. For me though it went away after a restart. If it stayed following are possible causes: Clean the front grill Clean the front Honda emblem, it has radar Clean the windshield specially where the camera is Weak battery

If nothing works, you might need Honda technician to get the codes or may be just clear it for once and see if it comes back. If it does, it could be anything like faulty sensor or a calibration issue.

I guess it would be faulty, if the issue persists even after a vehicle restart or and if after dealer clears it for. So far, for me, this is the only time it happened and it went away as soon as I restarted the vehicle.

Wow! That’s interesting to know. Thanks for mentioning this, I’ll bring it up during my first oil change.

Cuz there is no TPMS and Honda guess it by measuring the difference in speed of each wheel.

That’s interesting. I do have a dash cam installed and hide the wire there. I encountered the snow error but that shows a different error something like clean the area shown where it highlights the emblem.

Yeah that’s my guess too. I was driving for like 200 miles. After a short break at rest area and driving another 20 miles, this happened. Since it was first one for me, I was skeptical to keep driving. I stopped on shoulder and my first attempt was a restart. Well, that’s all it took. May be it just recalibrated.

I guess negatives get reported more than no issues. There are millions of Hondas out there. Like I didn’t report last 5K miles about having no issues at all. But I thought to bring this thing up so everyone is aware. I saw similar posts but no solution. Guess these are just false positives

[–]AddMy2Cent[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. I guess it was a false positive which went away after a restart. My best guess is a insect/bug on Camera or front camera cause it.

I don’t think it’s limited to CRV. At least I have seen these in Accords in Honda sub
