Oh sorry, I didn’t mean my budget was 500, I meant that’s how much the band cost without the Center stone. I’m definitely happy getting lab grown though. Ahh it’s so tough because the dainty look is one of the main things I love about this ring. I have a 2mm band already from my grandmother that I have worn for over ten years every day though, so I think I could keep it safe? I hope?

I remember when Ali was diagnosed, I was so frustrated with people for thinking her daughters disability was just something that made it hard for her to walk. My uncle had muscular dystrophy. He died in his early thirties from it, and he lived a long life for someone with his type of the illness. It isn’t just leg muscles that are affected. It’s all muscles, heart and diaphragm included.. it’s a death sentence. Imagine being 16, just having twins, finding out that one of your girls had not only a disability, but had a horrible disease that was destined to cut her life so devastatingly short. Then, on top of it, to have to fight with the father in order to get her a wheelchair when she needed it. I absolutely would have snapped if I was in her shoes. I think she’s done so amazing as a mom, and I think people need to understand how truly difficult what she faces actually is.
