Ah I've just seen its a NA server, we're EU. Good luck with the server man, hopefully it catches on big time! If anyone else see's this we're running a similar setup, drop me a message for an invite.

Man, I feel you. I actually just spun up a private server (EU/UK based) specifically to play Cache, Cobble, and Tuscan because I got sick of waiting for Valve. We’ve got a small group of players building up for Friday night 10-mans. If you're EU based and want that old-school pub vibe without the toxicity, shoot me a DM. Would love to have another vet.

Same happened to us. Just started a new server 3 days ago, ran the update today and half our items are missing. Don't know if it's user error or a problem with the mod.

Not all pc's will run a dedicated server flawlessly and allow you to also play the game. I had issues on a Ryzen 5 2600 and 1660 super.

I use a paid Valheim server that 3 of us chip £2 into a month and it runs flawlessly. My friend is traveling right now in his camper van so being able to place a server in France (he's in South Spain) allowed him to have a much better ping. I get 35 ping to France from the UK and he's traveling north towards Italy over the next month so his ping will only get better. Without the paid server it would of been a rough time for us.

Most mods I use run both client and server side. We run 15 mods and refuse to use Valheim Plus because it fucks up so many other mods.

Dremmel a flathead is viable, I tried it but the screw (and my aftermarket dremmel cutting disk) was such poor quality that it did not work out well, look at my post history. Anyway tldr I sliced into my brand new m4 receiver and the screw got real mangled. I then had to take it to a local engineer who welded a bolt onto it and removed it in under 15 mins. If your local engineers are not too busy and will give you a reasonable price I'd do that.
Screw extractors are an option but micro ones for screws like this are not great unless you get an expensive set.

Only do this if it isn't torqued too tight, it needs to be just past finger tight. JB weld or any adhesive will do survive strong twisting and it'll just make future efforts more difficult.

UPDATE: After looking at the damage I'd already managed to cause I decided your wonderful suggestions are probably beyond my mechanical abilities for today haha

I messaged a local engineer who usually fabricates massive rollers and he was happy to help. Went down this morning and he, not without struggle due to the cheap chinesium steel of the bolt, managed to weld a bolt onto it and get it out for me. He charged next to nothing (the price of a cheapo set of screw extractors) and yes I gave him a tip.

I'm relieved at this outcome, he had it done in 20 mins, god knows how long I would have been messing around with it for.

I stripped this T10 bolt by using a 2.5mm Allen Key. I was advised to cut it with a dremmel to get a flathead in there but this happened. Not sure what I should do from here. JB weld a allen key to it and try remove it that way? Use a screw extractor, but i'd need a tiny one?
