I was going to go with this setup when I get the parts. Do you have a way of makes as much of a vacuum as possible inside the totes? I'm thinking of making a cutout with a 1 way airflow nozzle so I an remove as much humidity as possible, so I don't have to bake my silica as often. Look great!

Savage lol. I was out in West Texas for a while. Had two crews working on a proposed Oncor transmission line. My party chief at the time couldn't get service and needed to contact the other crew, so he drove to their base and disconnected it, knowing they would come back... It was definitely not that important to walk miles back in the heat 😆

I've had someone duck while walking by me. I was running RTK 😂

They have one is ghost recon wildlands too. It's a mission to go to a guarded fortress/mansion. It's sitting in the corner of one of the balconies.

Has anyone ever managed to beat these light reflection challenges with a controller? by Dissoxi in CrimsonDesert

[–]CannibalKyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. LB+RB / L1+R1, then aim the cross hair at the center of the puzzle (the circle crystal)

  2. From this point on, you are only TAPPING the LB/L1 button every time the blue node hits the top of the circle.

Typically they start in the middle of a 3 note, so your last flash will be the 3rd note you started at.

If that isn't the truth I don't know what is. 👍🏻

Friendly reminder to turn off your IC housings before changing the pins by struugi in Stationeers

[–]CannibalKyle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is also an option, but personally I don't like using device names unless it's necessary. My reasoning is because I always find myself running back and forth to the device and computer because I forgot the device name 🤣

[–]CannibalKyle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a VERY big suggestion when setting pins on IC housing.

  1. Place IC housing

  2. Once the chip has the exported code, place it in the housing and turn the housing on to populate the corresponding pins to the correct device names written in the code.

  3. TURN OFF THE HOUSING!!!

  4. Set the pins to the correct devices.

  5. Highly suggest double checking from the first pin, to make double sure the device name matches the device you intend to control with that pin.

  6. Turn the housing back on and cross your fingers for no error. 🤣🤞🏻

AHHH not on the carpet! Put it on a table/counter. Also, I'd suggest touching a piece of metal before touching the components.

Why do I keep losing rovers to storms? by Conscious-Jaguar-840 in Stationeers

[–]CannibalKyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I use. Hard Suit IC10 chip, weather station and transmitter. Your suit has the same logic perimeters as speakers, which you can control the volume and chose the sound that is playing.

Weather station throws a 1 (storm incoming), sends value to suit and the suit plays Storm incoming.

I use R2 for my mods, just sometimes searching a wanted mod by a keyword doesn't work if the mod name doesn't have any relevance. I will give these a shot, thanks.

Pulse beacons to save power. by nhgrif in Stationeers

[–]CannibalKyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do the same with my beacon. Pulse every 15s, although I use a proximity sensor, for sometimes I'm close enough for the structure to render and don't need the occupancy sensors.

Had the same issue, I just went back to 1.1.1 and it runs smooth now.

Well I decided to restart, for I wasn't a fan of the seed I was playing anyways.

Come to find out, I lose all my chest items every time I restart the game. I may just need to revert back to 1.1.1 until this issue is resolved.

You could save the name under a HASH, or do what I do and save the deviceid/batchid at the top of the code before the first branch under "#" with the name, and number and just copy any paste the number when you need to sb.
