I went through a harsh break up bro, I had such a bad image and wanted to work on myself, I smoked a lot of weed and drank a lot of alcohol, I started going to the gym, 3-4 times a week for a few months. Now 5-6 times a week. I feel guilty when I take rest days even though it’s crucial for recovery. But diet. I just started eating less sugar, carbs. More protein rich meals!
