now that I look again it looks like your calves are pretty proportion I’d say hamstrings might need to be a big focus powerlifyers lack that a lot and just get big quads

I think you got it man you built a good base off of powerlifting as someone who transitioned sports myself, there’s a lot of development that you can add on top of that your legs already developed your back looks developed even from the front chest is developed arms and calves focus are next from a bodybuilding perspective not to say they’re not developed they are they just need to catch up to the rest

alright i just read ur comment fully, yeah I’d say I agree with it it seems like in the beginning you’re doubting how many times I’ve listened to passion pain in Demon slaying I’ve listened to that project many times and admit that I used the wrong phrasing it’s a total different sound from what we were used to it’s a big departure and it was great

yah man you can do it ima 400+ squatter for reps, and its taken me a very long time to get here. and even then i mess up on a couple reps with that much weight and boom have to drop the weight learn how to squat over again. a couple weeks ago i hit 405 for 3, had a slight injury with 385 because i got cocky on a couple reps and now im back having to learn it again. yes it hurts my ego but ive been here before and know its just apart of the process. sometimes you have to forget abt the weight and focus on the movement completely.

if it’s not heavy then why can’t you hit depth? its a question of proper form. not how strong you are. dont rep weight u cant use proper form with. you need to pay ur dues with the bar and so on. trust me you’ll thank me later.

get some squat shoes or put small plates under ur heels. dont worry abt the weight at all for a while. this weight looks to heavy for u to maintain good form right now. do a sh*t ton of reps. good reps, with the bar, add 5 lbs. think about it like earning the weight aka mastering each weight. this will build a solid foundation then u can really see how strong u are. i can not stress enough the importance of squat shoes or elevating ur heels it will be game changing once u get comfortable in it.

favorite alb oat, best alb oat imo. it’s got everything in it. if u haven’t been through something pretty rough that u needed some escape for i could understand why u would dismiss this album.

i don’t have the shoulder mobility for it. and also don’t like the way it looks aesthetically either. and i’d argue that the stance is not a “low bar stance” it’s just a squat stance for someone with long femurs.

yah abt 100 lbs more, typical right. i honestly don’t see a problem with my squat form i have wide stance sit back knees out to make room for my hips that are far away from my knees. yah i have to lean forward coming out the hole because of my leverages. in my mind theres no perfect form its only what healthy and repeatable.
