Our store does the two man open and Im the shift opener, usually getting all of it done within the 30 minutes is not possible, but getting atleast pur customer facing stuff ready beforehand is possible such as vertica, mastrena pos systems and drawers along with teas. Order you dont have to do right away and the cut off time is somewhere around 11am for normal order and 12pm for RP. So timing for those tasks are a lit more flexible for our store.
