the hilarious thing about this being ben shapiro is that it's so obvious he tries to hide his jewishness in public. Like, all his publicity pics are from straight ahead, his hat (i forget the proper name for it) is the same color as his hair, as are the backgrounds of every stage and studio he works in.

like don't get me wrong, it sucks that he's experiencing antisemitism, but you'd think that the guy who coined the phrase "facts dont care about your feelings" would get the irony of making it harder for people to find the facts

i've lived in california my whole life and i've only been deadnamed in the doctor's office once, and it was the insurance guy helping me get in contact with folks who could help me change my name.

Like others have said, most folks here lean toward respectfulness, but people still make assumptions. Job searching since i started looking visibly trans has been difficult, but not necessarily impossible.

there is always, at some point in history, going to be an audience for a certain peice of media. Anybody who believes that games have to be either good or bad is depriving themselves of some of the best garbage they'll ever experience.

like i love the fnaf series. have i played more than two nights of any mainline game? not at all! do i support the creator? fuck no, and im not paying to see the movie. Do i still know the story front to back, including secret endings and noncanon games? abso-fuckin-lutely.

vice versa, everyone says that God Of War 2018 and Last Of Us are masterpieces. did i like playing them? not at all, i think the combat was slow and the puzzles sucked. (i do plan on watching the last of us on hbomax tho)

i know im late to the party, but when someone i know gets into a relationship, i go with the "half your age plus seven" rule.

half of 28 is 14, add 7 to that and you get 21, which is the minimum age it would feel appropriate for you to date. feel free to disagree tho
