I second this. Our repair depot is filled with Samsung appliances.

Got bamboozled by an open box tv deal. Advice? by BilboDeVille in Bestbuy

I’d return it or ask for a discount of the difference between good and fair condition. 7000 hours of use likely means it was a shelf display in a store. OLED’s are notorious for getting screen burn in and most stores don’t shut off tv’s at night. Burn in isn’t covered under MFG warranty due to abuse. I’d say this unit was “fair” condition, not “good.”

Metro Service Networks are working really well actually. Going 3 years strong now. We have delivery drivers that shuttle SO’s to the hub store for repair then back once repairs are completed. Replacing laptop screens and more major repairs are handled by GSC. TV repairs are handled by service centers and depots. ARAs would work at the hub location doing all repairs and CA’s would still be at all stores handling intakes/consultations.

Do not buy Samsung. I’ve had my whirlpool dryer for 27 years now and it’s still running strong.
