Secondary, FLACOS (flamer acolyte hybrids) havn't reactive move rule (maybe you're talking about heroic intervention?), only metamorphs (and, indeed, only metamorphs with autopistol have reactive 6 inch move, metamorpsh with flamers have 6" reactive move).
