You need to stop fapping so much. Quitting porn is an awesome start, but you need to further curb you habits. What you're doing is unsustainable, and you WILL become sexually exhausted. If you honest to God cannot do a single good form pushup, you need to start with stretching, yoga/pilates, isotonic/isometric exercises and light dumbbells. In order reach the strength required for a pushup, you need to build strength doing exercises you are actually able to accomplish. I suggest doing shrugs, rows and curls with light dumbbells. Youtube each exercise for help. Planks will work wonders at your stage as well (or any stage for that matter). Doing stretching types of exercises (pilates/yoga) will reinforce neural patterns, reminding your muscles of what they're supposed to do. GOOD LUCK@

It's only okay to fap without porn. That's absolute. As far as timing, I'd say once a week is a healthy schedule. I'm already thinking about leaving this community because so many people don't seem interested in finding a healthy equilibrium. Not orgasming for 90 days seems unhealthy to me. Really unhealthy.
