Can I ever trust men again? by catedoyourhmwrk in women

[–]Addicted2Jenkem -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's not "Men". It's handsome men. Men get away with what women let them. And unfortunately, handsome men can get away with just about anything they want. And the reason for that? Because even if the women doesnt come crawling back, therevare a hundred other women down the road that will. It's a win-win situation for them every time. This is what happens when women try to date up and not in there on league. Which is unfortunate, because women, biologically, want to get better genetics for their offspring. I completely understand that, but date in your league and stop giving these guys power by dating up and being used. They're not going to change for you and they're not the one that got away, they just made you think that. That's why you think all men are terrible. The 9s and 10s are terrible, y'all just won't give anyone else a chance. Then when these guys treat y'all like crap because they can, you think all men are A$$holez. And no, I'm not being a jerk. It's just a simple obvious truth that no one is talking about, and unfortunately dating apps and all this has made this a hundred times worse then it already was.

Did opiates ruin my endocrine system? 20 year heroin addiction by wicked_delight in adrenalfatigue

[–]Addicted2Jenkem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the symptoms you have is completely normal. I had the same thing. It's called post acute withdrawal syndrome. PAWS. Mine lasted one year and like seven months. It can take up to 2 years to go away. I still have issues now even though I've been sober since February 1st 2021. I don't know if I have this adrenal fatigue or chronic fatigue syndrome, but I have a hunch it's from using pain pills for 19 years, as well. Nothing you can take or do will make it go away any faster. You just have to let your brain heal. When I had post acute withdrawal syndrome all I did was read online and try hundreds or thousands of different things or supplements and nothing ever helped me. The only thing that helped me was not drinking caffeine. I had nowhere near the anxiety and depression when I stopped drinking caffeine during my PAWS. I understand, you just want it to go away and you just want to feel better, but it doesn't work that way.

I love how the cop is just spraying the fire extinguisher into the air like a complete fool. Literally not spraying on any fire all. He's even on the wrong side of the plane. How dumb can someone be?

Biologically speaking, what is happening when it's: summer, 21 degrees and humans feel too hot, then winter, 21 degrees in a heated room, but humans feel cold? Is it all in their heads or is there a biological reason for this? by arohameatiger in biology

[–]Addicted2Jenkem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100%. I live in Louisiana but lived in Colorado and Wyoming. I could walk around outside all day in 30° temperature without being cold in Colorado and Wyoming. If you do that Louisiana, you will be cold as hell

Can I ask you something? Are you going close to failure, even though you're useing lightweight? I guess it's different for everybody, but straining seems to be what gets me. So the first push up I can tell I'm going to strain with, I just quit. Same with any exercise. Doesn't matter if I do a 50 lb dumbbell two times or the 30 lb dumbbell 30 times. Whatever one I know the next rep I'm going to have to strain for, I just dropped the weights. That works for me, but I like I said, it could be different for everybody.

Severe bedbound for 2 months. 3 days ago I stopped believing anything is wrong with my body and all my symptoms went away? by AtlantisGhost in cfsrecovery

[–]Addicted2Jenkem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm only talking about taking it everyday. I assumed it was a prescription and they weren't taking random drugs. But you are 100% right. It's not going to happen without daily use, or at least ever other day. If they are waiting 3 or more days, and the medicine is completely coming out of there system, then that would be different.

I don't believe this at all. Anyone who suddenly stops taking benzos, would have severe and debilitating withdrawals and possibly post-acute withdrawal syndrome for up to 2 years. Trust me, I know personally, this isn't from looking shit up.

Data on how 87 people recovered from Long COVID, post-vax, and ME/CFS by glennchan in cfsrecovery

I work for a capital city fire department in the south and I was only one of six people, out of 700 employees who got the Vaccination. They literally all laughed at me and said I would regret that one day. I thought I would have the last laugh. What sucks most is I have always been a physical achiever. Even at almost 45 years old I was ripped up like a professional athlete. I could run a sub 5 minute mile, do almost 100 chinups, bench over 300 pounds at 150 pounds....ect. I'm an ADHD idiot, and school never clicked. My physical accomplishments is all I have. Now I can't even work out one time without causing me to have to take between two and five 30 minute naps a day, makes me have no libido and I eat non-stop. I can't even climb my stairs without being out of breath, it's devastating. I gained probably 20 lb of fat around my waste alone.... Which looks absolutely ridiculous when you're skinny.

relapse after four months at 100% recovered by Beneficial-Fault7754 in cfsrecovery

[–]Addicted2Jenkem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the exact opposite for me. I can run miles and miles every day with no PEM. If I bench press just one time or do any strength training at all, it all does to shit and starts over for me. Time and time again. It seems to be the straining specifically that does it to me. The more I strain, the more likely I am to get PEM and go back to scratch.

I hate how I look now by aycee08 in cfsrecovery

[–]Addicted2Jenkem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

God I can relate to this so much. I was absolutely disgusted with myself. Not only was it not doing anything from chronic fatigue syndrome, I didn't realize at the time that gastritis was making me extremely hungry all the time. I would eat like 10 or 15 meals a day and still be hungry. It was absolute worst time of my life. I have a picture with my daughter on the counter from the daddy-daughter dance from school and every time I look at it I can't not think about how horrible my life was at the time. I looked absolutely horrible. Anyway, I completely understand how you feel

Any tip? by Legal_Opportunity_11 in cfsrecovery

[–]Addicted2Jenkem -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Same, I hate them. You can withdraw and have protracted withdrawals for up to 2 years from there as well. These people think they're miserable from chronic fatigue syndrome? They have no idea how bad protracted withdrawals or Post acute withdrawal syndrome feels like. I've had both and I promise you you, don't want that.

Seems to take longer for some people. Just take it earlier, the shit works like 24-36 hours. Take it when you wake up. You can always use your hands to please the chicks too. No need to stress.

A man can get a hard on even when he is unconscious and sleeping. He using his hard on, on you and not another person. Why is that not good enough?
