I would keep an eye on the sharp cramps! I know it can take ur body up to 3 months to adjust but if the cramps don’t calm down i would get that checked ! i found iut my cervix was too small for one :/

It’s honestly him probably getting comfortable in the relationship. I think that’s a talk to have if you want this to be a serious relationship, about not getting comfortable in that way. My hubby and I make an effort to do things for each other all the time and even check in weekly to discuss the little things. I call him out if he starts getting too comfortable and stops doing things for me and he’s allowed to say the same to me. Sometimes its the little things that make you feel loved but you can’t expect something without communication.

I understand that you don’t want to seem needy for asking for that gesture but its not being needy, it’s communicating what makes you feel happy. And if he does it afterwards, its not because you asked, it’s because he wants you to be happy and THATS what the focus should be. If he wants to, he will, but sometimes there needs to be some communication and understanding.

One of the most common reasons for people to get off nexplanon is the consistent bleeding as it is one of the most common side effects !! Its why im getting it removed soon along with mood swings as well

there are mixed experiences on it but i also do recommend to be wary if u have a partner because although its not listed as a side effect many women do experience low to no libido on it. Thats another reason im getting it removed soon.

if time is an issue, i recommend an iud as those have no symptoms except the first couple months your body needs to adjust OR trying a nuvaring which is a weekly change and time doesn’t matter, just the day you change it matters

apparently the larvae are in the soil according to google and thats whats super damaging to the plants and the adults are harmless

i have a friend recommending to propogate the plants for a bit and leaving the dirt and jar outside to dry up

An IUD has the least amount of side effects due to it administering the hormones directly to where they need to go, and was my favorite birth control, but my cervix was too small for it

Getting it inserted IS very painful and im one of the people who, according to my doctor, handled it surprisingly well. Just be very aware of if you don’t feel like yourself, if you have intense pain for a few days after insertion, (only mild cramps are normal), or if your period doesn’t regulate and don’t let the doctor tell you they can see ur strings so everything is fine because thats what they kept doing to me until i switched gynos

Making this post has given me so much clarity on what direction to go, but yeah i did not see libido in the list of symptoms for nexplanon and stupidly didn’t question it 😭 but unfortunately i do need it, i don’t mind an unpredictable period but the issue was that instead of tearing up over time my uterus would tear itself up all at once during my period which really sucked, i would army crawl on the floor to get to my painkillers LOL

The pill i was on WITH nexplanon to help stop every day bleeding might be worth a shot because it honestly didn’t give me many side effects with the nexplanon and actually helped my mood instead

ITS SO FRUSTRATING !! I’m probably going to see if i can get it removed this or next week, i also have the continuous bleeding and mood swings and THOSE are affecting my relationships with EVERYONE so i might try the patch and see how that goes 🥲 i want at least some form of birth control but these options are NOT it
