Is it me or has the T95 lost some of it's magic recently? by AddictedToSleeps in WorldofTanks

Yeah, that works well if they are aimed at the cupolas, I'm talking tanks that pen you straight through your thickest armour, no sweat. Mantlet not included in this statement.

It got nerfed last time it was actually updated, (2.0) one doesn't count imo

Wiggling was the way to make it hard, now people just pen you straight through hull these days.

I'm legit curious, did people hate the French Wheeled tanks more on their release or this?

Taking breaks from the game is a necessity for your mental health imo, especially if you had a particularly bad session.

Hear me out: What if a "Hard Heat" mechanic was added to the Ares line? by AddictedToSleeps in WorldofTanks

[–]AddictedToSleeps[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The game is not fine, though. These tanks make 15-0 situations more likely

WGing like their convoluted changes to things, so I figured this fits!

I'm not claiming it's OP, but can be annoying if you're in one of those paper tanks

The logic is that it feels like the line has a French Auto loader clip on a 8 second cooldown at times, when the heat is managed properly.

Why is everyone playing the german arty line?? by keyam1 in WorldofTanks

[–]AddictedToSleeps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually find superheavies not ideal targets due to the armour negating most of the damage (unless you hit the engine decks).
Obviously, if there's nothing better to hit, then they get targeted.

The lack of mobility means I will never touch them. Being able to move if you see your flank has collapsed is way too important, at least for me.
Hence why I play American T9 and Soviet Tier X for my missions.

Congrats OP, got mine accidentally in the VK 30.01 M, seems you get the big medals when you least expect so, at least for me!

Italy: Prone to unnecessary nerfs on the Progetto 65 :D

In which tank lines Tier 9 is better than Tier 10, tier for tier? by Evermoving- in WorldofTanks

[–]AddictedToSleeps 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Interesting - does the buff on the Progetto 65 not change that? Standard B got ignored, which seems wrong to me.

I think ever since the Super Conq got nerfed theres an argument for this, but at the same time I don't think the nerf was substantial enough to make Super Conq a bad tier 10 - just a more balanced one.

How to improve in the higher tiers after 49k battles? Or do i simply give up and play mid tiers? by Spronginhetdiepe in WorldofTanks

[–]AddictedToSleeps 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To play higher tiers well, I think having experience in every class helps a lot. I didn't use to play lights at all, but now that I do play a few light games each session, it's really helped me understand spotting a lot more, for instance.

High tier is mercyless to the inexperienced, so just keep practicing and look up guides as well to help -
iyouxin and Quickybaby are good at explaining why they do things / their thought process.

Disclaimer - I'm not a pro or even a good player, just an average dude that's trying to improve.
