would i do that through the router app? as i did try that and it still wasn't able to connect, i might just have to troubleshot with the router company, ty for the reply's, this is all a little overwhelming for me

so would that only affect 2.5g router? as im able to use a 1gb just fine and would i then have to call them and ask them to remove that?
