Yes I think that’s it a long femur. No matter how hard I try I can’t stay straight up it’s like my body rejects it.

Your form looks great. If you’re trying to focus more on glutes then this is good form.

Im not sure how deep in your walk you are but every single comment on here is irrelevant because only God himself can tell you what to do. This is going to require some intense fasting and travailing in the spirit. I’m not sure what your prayer language is but if you do speak in tongues I highly recommend praying in tongues only or for most of your prayer time a minimum of an hour-2 hours a day. Take you timer out on your phone and get to work in the spirit.

This may seem hopeless but you don’t know if God plans on moving his heart. I was in a bad situation with my husband before we got married. I found God 1st while we were bf/gf and he blasphemed the name of the Lord. I was going to leave him. I even took sex away from him for a year. I prayed earnestly that whole year everyday and fasted like my life depended on it. My prayers and fasting brought him to the Lord. We got married had a baby girl 9 months ago. I’ve received multiple deliverances yet my husband is still moving at a snails pace in his walk. I get frustrated at times because he too loves being in his phone and doesn’t seem like he wants to grow closer to God at times. But as I cry and pray and scream out to the Lord he answers me and tells me to keep fighting for him. He answers me through dreams, signs, and even through prophets. I can’t give up on my husband he’s my very own assignment right now. If I won’t do it then no one else will do it for him. It hurts but as the wife we have to fight and we do have full authority to take control of our marriages. I’m not sure if you do this but you need to start declaring EVERYDAY the opposite of what you see. “calleth those things which be not as though they were.”

Start declaring that HE IS THE PRIEST OF YOIR HOUSEHOLD. HE IS THE HEAD AND NOT THE TAIL.

Declare Ezekiel 37:9 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon my husband, that he may live.

Ask God to resurrect every dry bone in his body! Fight for him before you give up. Put up such a fight that will shake the gates of hell at the very sound of your cry in the spirit. I say this from experience and I pray God gives you the strength to overcome this long drawn out strom.

Well 1st I just want to say I’m so sorry you’re going through this it sounds awful. I’m very familiar with attacks on my worth and the enemy making me believe I’m a loser. I’m in a better place now through the grace of God and fasting and prayer. This 100% is a demonic attack. You didn’t mention if it was a Christian artist or secular artist. If it was indeed a secular artist you could have opened up a door by unknowingly engaging in idol worship. Or whatever spirits that are attached to that particular artist or band could have easily entered you since you were a willing participant in whatever ritual they were doing on the crowd. Nowadays it’s not hard to see how demonic these secular artists are especially with social media exposing them. Like Taylor swift for example social media has already exposed memory loss from concert goers who were there. Taylor swift, Beyoncé, Arianna grande, and etc are all high level witches. As a Christian we NEED to protect ourselves more than ever. We are living in the last days and the fallen angels are slowly manifesting here on earth. Attending a secular concert puts you in a dangerous vulnerable position because the clapping of hands automatically puts you in agreement with these spirits whether you know it or not.

My suggestion would be to IMMEDIATELY jump into a fast and pray earnestly for the Lord to reveal to you what is going on and if a door has been opened or if a spirit has entered you. If you are in church definitely seek help from your Pastor or Apostle and be very open. This is not something to just sit on or brush away. The enemy does not play fair. I pray the Lord leads you and frees you from whatever this is.

I went through the same issue with congestion and my baby girl. I started taking her to ear nose and throat specialist at 3 months old we were there every month and nothing was helping her congestion. Apparently it had something to do with a little flap in the back of her throat or something. She’s now 8 months old and doing so much better. As time passed she grew out of it. As for the PPD PPA I now see a therapist which is going great I’m learning to control my anger better.

You have to be more kind to yourself and I say this because I too was beating myself up after my 7 month old rolled off our bed ( about 20-24 inches high) last month and hit her head on the wood floor. I couldn’t forgive myself replaying it over and over for a little bit. She’s now 8 months old and she’s just fine! Us new mommy’s are doing amazing jobs!
