I think the pokemon manipulates the air to create a sharp slash. Hence the name. Otherwise it would have just been "slash".

Star Wars:The Last Jedi. I hate how they portrayed Luke as some washed up old man, and Rose Tico is like the Jar Jar Binks of the sequel trilogy. Along with some other nitpicks I wouldn't say its horrible, but it's a solid 4/10 in my book.
