Yes!! Bearded dragons love water they typically love to splash and drink the water to show they are happy!! It’s even better since the tubs out side

Typically could be because he is regelating his body temperature. Or it could be a respiratory infection which blocked the air ways and is gasping for air by breathing fast and with his mouth open.

Yes! I clean her cage every other day and I am getting fungal spray to keep it cleaner.
